No.

Fifty years ago, folks were dying from TB, polio, chicken pox?, and a host of other diseases. No penicillin in the early 20th century, infection deaths etc.

The (Spanish) flu of 1918 killed a lot of people too, - world wide.

The (new) idea that people don't die from contagious diseases is the laughable idea!!!

I remembered I read an article of fortune telling more than 30 years ago that there is no 3rd world war but a virus war that kill millions of peoples. Think over maybe it could be real, something like coming soon, with the "SARS", "AIDS" and the "BIRD FLU". Hopefully there is no more serious and contagious than all these diseases.
