Isn't that funny? If the guy is a dorky looking loser, and says something sexual against a girl, the girl will scream "sexual harassment", and his *** is fried. If he is attractive, then the girl will probably continue to flirt. Isn't that amazing?! So think about it. All those sexual harassment suits out there are PROBABLY against guys the girl isn't attracted to.

Anyone agree/disagree?

(of course i used the guy=perpetrator, girl=victim, because you hardly ever hear of the opposite!)

Sexual harrassment is any unwelcome sexual/sensual behavior.Whether or not it's reported probably depends on if the "victim" is enjoying the uninvited advances............I guess attractiveness would be a big factor................

That may be true but the difference is : If the girl is attracted to the handsome guy, then it is considered "mutual flirting" if the girl can't stand the guy and he keeps approaching her, that's harassment

Being harassed means getting unwanted attention. So, yes, you're right. As long as the attention is wanted, the person receiving the attention doesn't feel harassed at all.
