US or other rich nations dont come to help or rebuilt a counttry. thier sole intention is to take every thing which has a monetary value and important for future success. so why should they make another country prosperous?

I don't think that all the countries formerly occupied by the US are much worse off than they were before. Probably the country where the US spent most of it's time as a more or less colonial power was the Phillipines and they aren't doing too badly.
But you are right about most former British colonies - and that includes the old 13 colonies that made up the original USA. Fact is that the British over the years from about 1850 to 1950 made sure that some of the local people were educated in all sorts of things like law, medicine, engineering, science, teaching. In India the British surveyed the sub-continent, built roads, railways, telegraph and telephone lines, schools and universities, radio stations, water supplies and sewerage systems - at least in some parts of the main towns. When they left a bit over 55 years ago the country was already partly developed. Of course the Indians were already pretty advanced in many things before the British took over.
I can't give a reference for this but I once read that some economists had calculated that the British only made a small profit out of India over 200 years. Some influential people made a lot of money but the United Kingdom as a whole spent a great deal of money in India.
Maybe the Indians would have been better off without the British? Perhaps Washington could have lost the War of Independence? Who knows what might have happened?

Yeah, that's true look at those backwards almost forgotten Japanese. No one ever buys their cars, video games or whatever else they are barely able to make and try to sell to the world. Those Germans too. The US spent all those years in West Germany and look at them now. Paltry things like BMWs which everyone knows are junk right? Barely better than those other miserable attempts at automobiles like Mercedes and Porsches.
And, good thing the US just left Cuba alone and never invaded them. Just look at how great they've fared since the anti-US government took over. Panama is another one we should have left alone too, huh? I mean we go down there, cut up the land put this ditch in, stay for almost 100 years and it only generates them about $250,000.00 or more for each of the dozens of boats a day that go along the ditch we left. Not much of an income really is it?
Guess the true problem though is that certain people that are left in control will be more than happy to share the wealth and power they have with everyone only if they get an adequate amount for themselves. They just never seem to get to the level where they have what they need to get by and can then actually share with the populace.

Try and decode this lyrics " WORDS"
The explorer who came along with "Words" and Books" being overlook on planet earth.
With time everyone kick the butts and threw our creator out into "The street of London " being overlook on planet earth.
While others held our creator hostage with gun-points being overlook on planet earth.
Wonder who were those jokers on "Planet of Apes" being lost and stranded on planet earth.
