The dude is scum. Best for you if you tell your mom about the 16-year old sex and have the guy thrown in the slammer for statutory. Losing a family member for the rest of your life (which is what will happen if you leave your mother and stay with this guy) is a huge burden compared with having good sex. What's more is, he's already cheated on your mom, what makes you think he won't cheat on you given the chance? What proof do you have that he hasn't already?
Your relationship with your mother will be put to the test, but it will be better in the long run for you to come clean. If you think it will help, have a family therapist there when you confess so your mom will retain a certain degree of rationality when the hammer falls.

Well first of all, he is a child molester... If u were only 16, How old is this bf.??? How could u have done it in the first place?? Obviously your relationship with your mom will be forever severely scarred..That is just wrong on all parts.. If I was u, which I would never be, sit her down & tell her what u have been doing behind her back for 3 yrs. Take whatever she dishes out.. U deserve it.

That may be a skeleton that you will just have to keep in the closet. You will have to find a way to get over and get your own relationship with someone else - your own love.
If you do decide to talk to her about it. It will have to be at a time when you're bonding or she's offering you advice or trying to comfort you and you're hurting - or depressed. This way she may feel a little sorry or sympathy for you.
But still... after you tell her this, she may hate him - and you - for doing this to her and violating her love and trust. So, how do you think she will react? What might she do to him, you, or herself?
I couldn't tell it... but then again, I wouldn't do anything like that.

Get rid of this guy and move on. If he was scum enough to have sex with you when you were 16 and also dating your mum, then he's scum enough to be cheating on you AND your mum with someone else. He's caught up in the rush of dating a mum and the offspring and doesn't seem like he loves either of you if he's an *** enough to do it. Who means more to you, him or your mum? Blood is thicker than water my dear. Your mum will always be your mum, but the man will leave you for someone else once he's had enough of the thrill. Wake up!

Well you would have to sit down with your mom and tell her every thing right from the beginning and if she tell's you to leave him then you will have to choose. But in most cases like this you should stay with your man if you love him that much and she will get mad but if she loves you as much as she say's she does then she will forgive you and eventually get over beinning mad at you.Ok so if I was you I wouldn't worry about it because in most cases like this it alway's work's out in the end.

Best way to do that is to tell your mom the truth and to confess to her about what all had happened, and if you also mean too much to him then thats the best part of your story. Tell your mom the truth, be brave to face her.

The boyfriend is a two timing creep taking advantage of you; you could tell him "no sex" until HE confesses to your mother what he has been doing.

You must be a horrible nasty person to do this to your mum for so long. She gave you life and you treat her so badly. Alot of people are going to get hurt when she finds out and it will be your fault.
