I am average to small and have lost all my baby weight with my other 2 pregnancies. If I wear a tshirt you can see this bump. I also am popping the zippers on my size 6 jeans. I have not gained any weight and have had a smaller appetite for the last 2 weeks.
Has anyone else experienced this -a bump thats already firm at 4 weeks!!!????
I will get an ultrasound at 6 weeks.

With my second pregnacy iyou could see the bump earlier like with my first preg.
i would wait till ulrtasound in 2 weeks .

Twins wouldn't do it at that early. They're both so tiny that you'd never see the difference of the second baby. Are you sure that you're not further along?
