I keep feeling a continuous pressure near my ovaries...what could this be?

It doesnt come and go its always there. Im 35 weeks and this is my first so any help would be appreciated. Dont tell me to go ask my doctor and not yall because I already have an appointment today.

LOL, she said she is 35 weeks along with her first baby!!! I am 12weeks 3days along... I haven't heard of this, but if I do I will definitely come back and give some info.
