its been 4 months since i gave birth thru ceacarian operation, i want to loose the fat on my tummy, so i do at least 50 sit ups in the morning. Is it alright?

Yes. But you should be doing scruches. Sit up are bad on the back. You could do even more. If you insist on doing sit ups, please make sure your knees are bent. You can damage your back permanently.

Check with your doctor before starting a physical exercise program to make sure you don't overdo it before your body is ready for a strenuous workout.

yes it is alright to start situps now but not so tough abd rough on urself.. maybe start with 10 and increase to 20 , 30 and so on..

why dont you just get a sauna belt?or try exercising on a tricycle or running machine.
