donating blood even for a normal person causes slight weakness and lowers the immunity level as a result of which one is more susceptible to disease. And pregnant women in any case are low on iron, so you should not take this risk at all. Donate only if it will save the other persons life or ig it is a rare blood group not easily found

i wouldnt because you need a heck of a lot to give birth. just wait a month, then you should be fine.

you really shouldn't 'coz you need all the strength you have for labor. You are already depleted of iron as it is.
