so throw up!

Kidding.

There are lot of home remedies you can try like stirring one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to half a cup of water and then you should drink it.

You are in your 45th week! Really, wow, I am impressed. I only lasted 32 weeks and gave birth to twin girls who are very healthy.

Anyway, have you ever eaten saltine crackers or drinken Sprite? I always had saltine crackers at my bedside and would have at least one Sprite a day to keep my nausea down.

If you are taking your prenatil vitamins, take them in the evening before you go to bed. This too also helped me.

Here are several links about prenatal pills and vomiting. Good luck!

try a few drops of lavender oil in some warm water to soothe and calm you down

eat a few dry crackers before bed

try motion sickness bands - they go onto your pulse and help calm you down

keep your head and feet raised

See your Dr if things dont improve

ginger and saltines. ginger actually reduces nausea (you can have ginger ale, or ginger candies) and saltines soak up any acids in your stomach leaving it less sensitive.

also, 45 weeks, that's 7 short of a year. by now, wouldnt most doctors have induced birth?
