No, because the age law protects those over 40 from being overlooked in favor of young ums. The law is very specific about this, so a firm that deals with only 50-over is not breaking any laws.

Age laws are to do with employment or old pervs could take young girls to court for refusing them?
Also remember that it protects young people from discrimination ie - we want a more mature person.
It wont take long before the employers find new ways to discriminate against age - they are finding ways round the rules as we communicate.
