why do i get head aches during that time of the month?

every month i get bad head aches the first fewdays of my period this has been going on for the last few monts i never have done this be for im 47 and hoping to go through mentphase soon my mom and grandma were finished by the age of 50

Head aches are very common during menstruation.

There is NOTHING to worry about.

While on your period just drink alot of water, get as much rest as possible, and always have midol or pamprin with you!

Increase your water consumption and take a good multi vitamin twice a day. You will notice a difference.
