The other night, my boyfriend called to ask if I got home alright. I said sure and asked him why. He said that he saw me walking alone from the library. I got annoyed because if he saw me walking that late at night (it was after 11 p.m.), why wouldn't he stop to walk me home? What sense does it make to call AFTER the fact? Isn't that inconsiderate? Shouldn't he have walked me home?

He might not have been alone and did not want you to find out. It does not make any sense at all, unless he is a scared of his shadow type of a guy, and in that case, I would lose him. If he did not stop, then he is no good to you or anyone else. Drop him, he is inconsiderate and a coward. If someone were to be after you, would he run away, probably....

I think that he should have walked you home unless he was super busy. He should have at least call out to you and ask what you were doing outside so late. Make sure your let him know that what he did was inconsiderate

Common courtesy would say so, unless he does delivery at that time of night or going to work.
But maybe you need to ask him, instead of having alot people give ya advise that causes you to think in a way you may not want to approach.

Look at your nickname, it does not take a Rocket Scientist to figure out why you walk alone...loosen up and put out a bit...or go to Bible Class with all the other sexually repressed chicks xx God Bless You

Yes, but you shall be bold enough and i am sure he didnt feel the need thinking that you are a grown up gal now. are you sure he saw you? maybe someone just told him about you. ask him directly. communication is the only solution in relationships.

Yeah, he should have walked you home. Was he walking too? And why so late at the library? That's unsafe... maybe he was kinda scared and wanted to hurry home himself....

I am not going to say that it was OK,but maybe he had a reason. But he did call you to see if you got home OK, didn't he ? That should account for something !

Well yes, maybe-you could have gotten hurt; however you might consider taking consideration that other people(such as your boyfriend) are alot of the times on their own agendas.
