why do some plants wilt in the afternoon sun?They should be kept in the shade, why?

The sun evaporates water out of the plant cells and the become soft and start to droop. If they wilt every day I would move it to a bright area but out of direct sunlight.

need not worry its temporary ,they come 2 their shape in the evening automatically if need arises water them in the evening
