I would go straight to the ER without hesitation. It sounds like at the very least you may be coming down with something, and you need to take care of your health for the baby's sake.

um if i were u i'd head off to the labor ward of the ER. the same thing happen to me when i was pregnant i was 38 weeks was booked for a induction as im a diabetic and 3 days before i was induced I felt no movements the day after my apooitment and went and found out my daughter had passed away. I really hope that ur bub is ok and just a little tired and not moving around for that reason but u really needa go straight to the hospital now and find out have a scan done. Try drinking a glass of coke or coffee it WILL NOT harm the baby trust me all caffinene does to a unborn child is make it hypo and this is what u need for the baby to go hypo inside u so u can feel it move, try eating a big meal also that might make it move a little or something really cold like a few ice cubes

I would go to the emergency room. Especially if you just had syncope, (which is what you described with the blacking out/passing out) The baby is dependent upon you for health, and its not good if you are getting sick. I had the decrease in movement and it worried me too. My doctor told me to eat some chocolate, or to drink a can of soda and wait an hour, if no movement then, go to the er, they can put you on a monitor and check. Your baby's still a little guy, I used to go to us Evey week starting at 28 weeks, my tech would say oh hes active, but sometimes he was moving and I didn't feel it. I would just got o be safe, they will probably do fetal heart tone, maybe and us, and they will probably put you on a heart monitor for the syncope to check your rhythm. I would go to the er with just the symptom of blacking out. This is something that requires immediate attention. God forbid anything happen, but if you didn't go tonight, you would blame yourself forever. Go ease your mind....

see if u can get an appt with ur doc this morning or gohead over to the er. The reason i say try your dr first is because sometimes u have to wait in the er for so long, u could have already been to your ob. Just go get the baby checked.

Go in immediatly, a decrease that significant can mean something is wrong.....Better be safe than sorry! I would call your local ER and ask to speak with a nurse. Good luck, you are in my prayers!

I would get up and do some jumping jacks, basically try to wake the baby or make it move. I would call my doctor also just to ask his opinion he may want you to meet him at the hospital just to have an altrasound.

Just to reassure yourself sometimes why not buy a baby's heart monitor or stethescope just so you can instantly listen to your baby's heart any time you are worried.
