Hi,

Here is the question,

I really thank you, can you please explain me a litte bit;

I have found a new kind of hot drink.

Last week I have send an email to a Food and Beverage Company about the project.

And they have said that their R&D Department will call me.

Today or tomorrow they may call me but I really do not know how will I offer my project.

I mean about the money...

I have 3 options in my mind.

1. 25.000cash and %2 of the profit a year.
2. 50.000cash.
3. %5 of the profit and no cash.

What can you offer me?

Please, I am waiting for the answer,

Thank you very much

Don't ever go full cash, you could cheat your self out of allot of money. going full profit is also a problem, because Co's can and do cook the books and it can be very difficult to prove. I'd go with some cash like $10,000 and 10% of the profits,, but i would start at 25,000 and 20% for negotiating

I have tried to reason with several companoes on product improvement,and gotten nowhere but havebeen insulted and scoffed at.You should get an attorney to handle your legal end of it.He/She will know how to negotiate better due to extensive experience.
