how do I block certain unwanted emails?

I recieve many unwanted emails from the same sources everyday and hate it....pleeez help!

In outlook express click on tools, message rules, mail, and create new rule... select:

If from box contains: and put in their name
send to: trash.

or,

if subject contains: keywords you don't want to get
send to trash

Select the email and then click on Spam. From next time, they will be received in the Bulk Folder.

if ur using yahoo mail..all u have to do is to mark those mails as spam.......and yahoomail will definately ensure that no more mails from that source are sent to ur inbox
