People who drive drunk or people who drive while talking on their cell phones?

Cell phone users. The drunks are usually, (not always), on the road way after I'm at home. Cell phone users are there constantly. It never fails, you see someone drive like an a**, blow the light, swerve into your land, and oh big surprise they are on the phone. Next to that it's old people. I almost had a head on collision with two old ladies driving into oncoming traffic. The worst thing is there was a jersey barrier so they couldn't even get to their side of the road if they wanted to, they were walled in. If you are too old to know that you are driving on the wrong side of the road, you don't need to drive anymore.

Drunks are worse (and very obvious) but cell phones are a big risk as well. When you are jabbering away (about nothing important, usually) you aren't really focusing on all aspects of driving.
One example is if you are coming to an intersection and you want to turn, are you fully aware of cross traffic, pedestrians or a no turn on red sign? No. You are only thinking, 'this is a turn, I just need to turn the steering wheel'. Also, I've noticed many are holding the phone in their left hand therefore signal use is a difficulty.
You can almost always pick out someone who is on the phone...they will be the ones: drifting lanes, changing lanes w/o signaling, driving slow, and driving erratically.
(1) Don't Drink and Drive.
(2)HANG UP AND DRIVE!

drunk drivers. but lately its becoming both.
The other day I was driving to the store, I took a back road(a neighborhood road) and there was a lady in her car, talking on her cell phone and going from the lane she is suppose to be in, into on coming traffic. I kept my distance from her, i have a child who needs me around. But If it wasnt for the fact that I could see her cell phone to her ear, I would have thought she was drunk.
I have seen several people do that while on the phone. And it just makes me sad and angry.
