First of all there is no such thing as an ex-Gay, think of it like an alcoholic....you surpress the feelings but you are still the same person. And no, not all "ex-Gays" are fat. But I do think they might have have very low self-esteem.

There is no point in being gay & fat. A skinny ninety year old will get laid quicker than a chubby thirty year old. No self respecting male willingly has sex with a fat man. Many gays who lose the battle against obesity retreat into 'straight' relationships or they become celibate.
