He won't stop "patrolling" my house 5X's in an hour and a half. Police chief is is buddy and told me directly if I came in again to report them that I would be arrested. He has an EOP on me till the court date, but he won't leave me alone.

By EOP I am guessing you are referring to some sort of injunction. I worked in a law enforcement capacity or related job for over 10 years and have no clue what EOP is. Anyway, if you feel in any way harassed or threatened by the new girlfriend, go file an injunction against her. Any law enforcement officer has to at a minimum take at least an informational incident report if a citizen demands they want one. So, go file an informational report and then follow up with the appropriate court to see if the department has forwarded it to them. Ask the court to inquire about it with the department if they haven't received it. If this is a municipal officer and not a county deputy, have the school's "resource officer" or whatever they call them where you are stand by with you one afternoon when you pick your kids up so he can see without being seen. If he witnesses her doing anything improper he is required to act.
Good luck.

Secretly tape him. Get a lawyer. Not to be rude to all you policemen out there, but I don't think most cops do a whole lot to protect a woman. It might be a good idea for women to start teaching their daughters about this so they can make better choices. Most don't, because I don't think they really think this kind of stuff will ever happen to them. I know a guy who held his wife down (huge guy too, the wife was the smallest of the 3), while his girlfriend beat her up. She went to file a complaint, husband came in and lied to the cop (later admitted to the wife, when he wanted her back), and the cop believed him, because he said the wife gave too many details! They protect their own, so other than getting a lawyer or moving away (which you probably won't be able to do without his permission because you have kids together, I don't know what to tell you. But good luck, I hope everything works out for you. I guess you could find out who THEIR bosses are, and contact them, going as high as you need too. Again, good luck.
