I have a mitral valve glitch, my left ventrical has a leak, my thyoid level is low and my cholesterol is high. My Dr has me levathroid for the thyroid and toprol for the heart, but with everything going on right now I have forgotten I have it and haven't taken it in about a month. Should I just start taking it again for go to my DR first

With your conditions so much can change in a short period of time. If I were you, to be on the safe side, check with your doctor first. Let him know that you have missed taking these medications and the amount of time that you have missed. The doctor will be able to tell you whether or not you can restart your current medications. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Do you play russian roulette in your spare time.
If you have a medical problem then you need to take your medication, i would start your prescribed medication asap and if you don't feel well then go to your doctor.

it should be safe to start taking them again, but you can just call the doc office in the morning to make sure, you shouldn't need an appt.
