Everyone who sees me doesn't believe that I am married,have the university diploma and that I am a nice person...(I have really red hair,wear punk rock outfits most of the time,have tattoos and high boots with buckles and everybody thinks I am some kind of maniac who wants to look like actors from Underworld or Matrix movies...)

That depends upon what you mean by "special." Every human is unique and therefore like no other, even an identical twin.
The "thing" I do which seems to set me apart for many other humans is that I have a very disciplined mind. I tend to "shut off" my mind when it is not needed. This removes the "constant internal mental chatter" that most people put up with while they are awake.
People cannot tell when I do this. There are no physical signs, no special yoga positions, no closing of the eyes. Sensual perception is not hampered (in fact seems to be enhanced).
I am told that this very rare. It really comes in handy when it is time to sleep.

Actually it's really impossible to tell what any one is like by merely looking at them! If it were really possible there'd likely be no such thing as insults. Everybody would get along with people cause they'd pick the right person. There'd be no divorces. Those that think they can know a person by merely looking at them in my opinion are extremely stupid to think such! If someone merely looks at me they won't believe how smart I be. They won't know how great a cook I be! They can't tell my true spirit by looking at me! They can't tell how great a friend I can be!
They might assume me to be a hater and not know how nice a person I am to my friends. You just can't tell what people be like by merely looking at them! If you want to be friends with someone best watch them a bit and study to see how they behave! If you like what you see then be friends but if you don't like what you see just leave the person alone and find someone else! don't prejudge a person by merely looking at them! To do so you'd most likely come up with the wrong opinion and that person might hate you for that!

that just becuse i am tall large and have arms the size of most peoples legs i could never hurt anyone . but they to move out of my way i hate that
