u mean u hv a big little dummy?it's easy,skip the dinner but don't ever and ever skip the breakfast and lunch.if u really feel hungry,eat low calories fruits and vegetables.Drinks a lot of water so that u will feel a bit full before ur meal,so that u wont eat too much.

Honey...I had the same problem...I did so many crunches and other useless ab exercises I cried. Finally I went and got lipo...if you look at my pics, you'll see I'm very satisfied with the results. It is very easy to keep up once you have the pooch removed. The one thing I couldn't get rid of is the csection scar. Oh well....

just eat right and exercise, and keep in mind with a c-section they cut through the muscle and it will never be as strong as it was before.
