I want to get slim and pregnant. married for 12 yrs now . I have a girl daughter of 10 yrs age. my age is 36. I have been very slim but recently (2-3 yrs ) I ahve gained weight.since3 years we are not taking any precautions as I need one more baby.

At the age of 36, chances should be less than when you are younger. I should advise to learn and practise yoga, so that you shed your extra weight. Your obesity is likely to come in the way of your desire for a baby. Yoga will tone up your body and mind. Coupled with meditation, you will be able to draw help from the divine will for getting conception. Good luck.

Have you ever had your thyroid checked? It is very common for women your age, and it messes with your weight, and also with your periods. It is also hard to get pregnant if you have thyroid disease. There are two major kinds--under active and over active. The under active is very common in women during their child bearing years. Blood tests have to be done to see if you have it. If you do have it, then unfourtunately, you will have to take medication for the rest of your life, but the affects from the meds will help all your issues greatly.

u have irregular period. you could be have throid problem. that's why your weight is increasing. (weight is increasing, due to throid and irregular period also.). so go to doctor and check the throid level and take ultrasound for your ovulation. if any other problems is there, pl. take test for those. u r not getting pregnant due to irregular period. make it regular. tell to doctor to make regular period. dr. will give tablet for get period regularly. after your period regularize, again you check your health condition. if dr. feel o.k., then ask to dr. tablet to get pregnant. you can go for another baby.

you dont need a baby but have you seen a gyno about this problem, you might have a huge tumor in there. geeze , why dont people take care of their medical needs.
