What you saw was condensation coming out of the tailpipe. Its perfectly normal. On hot days you usually don't see it but on cool or damp days your more apt to see it.

Dont know about good but its normal, water is a by product of burning and also the water content of the air condenses after going thru the motor. After the engine and exhaust pipe warms up you cant see it anymore because its coming out as steam.

It's normal and due to condensation build up when hot exhaust
hitting the cold tailpipe. The water that comes out of the pipe
is very little when the engine is first started and then it
disappears totally.

Well good or bad. What kind of car, year etc. Does it have any smoke? What does the exhaust smell like? Could just be condensation or blown head gasket. Need more detail to diagnose.

As long as it is only water you are OK. It is just condensate.
Make sure it does not continue after you have ran for a while or contain a weird color which would indicate it has cooling fluid (in which case you have a major problem).

yes it is good......and bad.....good because the cars tuning is spot on......bad it causes exhaust to rust......when you parked car the exhaust was hot and water vapour condensed as car/exhaust cooled and caused the water to lie in exhaust....nothing u can do bout it
