How you state your opinion will vary greatly on what you're talking about. If you're just looking for different ways to introduce your opinion, you can use such phrases:
i believe, i hold the position of, it is my conjecture that, i support the premise of, my standpoint, my perspective, my viewpoint....

word phrases like those can be tailored to fit whatever your context is.

Say, "it's possible", instead of saying, it, "is" this way, and, it "seems" to be that
way. Or say, "This may or may not be true, but things could be like this".
