When yu go for an interview just make sure:
1. You are dressed properly (Power Dressing). This make u feel confident and makes the interviewer not to ask some silly questions.
2. Get more details about the company's back ground and their achievements.
3. Get the maximum knowledge about the job profile that you are applying for.
4. Just be brief or explanatory depending upon the question.
5. If you dont get any questions correctly just put another to the interviewer, you will find he is answering the very question.
6. Be calm, collected and confident.

To answer your questions (how i would answer them myself, not necessary that all people will answer them my way):
1, what things to make a good team works and build a strong team work?
- good understanding of the tasks to be performed, a conducive working environment with team members glued together by understanding, co-operation & supporting each other.
2, what is your plan in first month when you got this post
- priority is to understand the role/responsibilities of my job, get to know the team members better & to get along with them to get the job done.

More popular questions during interviews:
Tell me about yourself. Tell me what do you know about the job (role/responsibilities). (From previous job experience) What was the toughest situation you had to handle? What are your strengths, and weaknesses? Why should I give you the job?

If I had a problem in the workplace, I would go directly to the person who is causeing the problem and try to resolve the problem by talking to that person in a professional manner. IF the problem is not resolved then I would go to my immediate supervisor. I would handle stress by taking a few minutes to calm down.
Working together and communication is always good in building a strong solid team. (There is no i in team)
My plan is to be the best I could possibly be at my job.

It's good to prepare yourself for an interview. Research different types of interview questions according to the type of job you're applying for. Also research the company you want to work for. When you've found the type of questions they might ask you, get a close friend or a family member to ask you the questions, and practice answering them appropriately. Practice, also your confidence. Dress accordingly as well. I will supply a link for you in the "Sources" below this post which will give you a good start.

Good luck in your hunt!
