There are so many aspects as to why someone would do something like that. Ultimately, everyone is to blame: the shooter, for committing a disturbing crime; his classmates for how they treated the shooter; and society for its contributations to the situations.

Does war breed violence? Does war breed violence by giving unstable people in the society permission to think that violence is a solution to their own problems.
We argue about guilt and punishment, but we don't ask the really difficult question about what is causing so much violence in are society?
Why would several mentally ill people suddenly go and kill themselves and kill the most defenseless people, kids, in our world along with themselves?
What elements are strongly influencing our Society at this time?
What does it mean that all three of these recent killings happen in grammar schools?
Why would guns be a common denominator?
And so on.

My opinion? What are you expecting, an "I'm all for them"? The kids are definitely the ones at fault. They may have been pushed, but little Tommy was still the one who grabbed Daddy’s gun, and decided to use it. None of this “Guns kill people” crap, those kids CHOSE to pull the trigger. Now, take your 14 year old bullied self, and ask these questions somewhere that isn’t the movie section.
