I thought I'd seen every possible correlation between Factor A and Factor B when it comes to analyzing crime statistics.
Boy, was I wrong.

HUH? A persons hair has no influence on crime.
The only way you could explain this would be because he is bald because of age, and not physical able to do these things. Also, most old people have better judgment than to commit any crimes.
These days, a lot of black men are bald by choice. Still it has no influence on if they will or will not commit a crime.

You did not get the complete statistics..here it is...
1. African Americans in general commit less crimes than all others put together...
2. Asians commit less crimes than Hispanics
3. Hispanics commit less crime than Italians
4. Italians commit less crime than East Europeans...
5. East Europeans commit less crimes than sub-Saharan Africans
6. Sub Saharan Africans commit less crime than a small percentage of Texans*
* These Texans own Oil companies or Stocks of oil companies, or at least they are on the board of some company related to oil industry. They are a close knit group. They lobby to veto...Kyoto Protocol...and vote to invade any country that has oil reserves..of course to protect freedom of speech and democracy...
