as a company manager, I have a standard business card with all the necessary details (e.g. tel & fax&email, my position, etcc). I use it in business settings. I want to design another card not to be used in a business capacity, e.g. when socially meeting new friends. it should be brief with only my cell hone no. and email address. I want it to reflect my unique name (my surname is MANGO), personality (bold, innovative, creative) and interests (include acting, healthy life style).

There are so many styles out there as far as designs. As far as personality----Go with a very rich mango color for the background and try some lime green and yellow accent colors! Good luck!

Ok, maybe u can relate something to the fruit mango -- it's appearance, texture, and taste. ***Getting Creative!!!***
Maybe your business card can have a yellow background. The colour yellow has a meaning behind it -- "energetic & happy". It describe a little of your personality and interests like living a healthy lifestyle. Yellow is indeed a "bold" colour.
And maybe you describe more of your "creative" personality, by say, making your card a little glossy....or maybe bold up your name. You know, like what you see at the cover of novels...when the author name or book title is bolded up and you can feel the lumps when you run your fingers on the name.
Maybe, you can put your name and number in gold. Gold can mean bringing good luck & prosperity, or even describing that you are a sophisticated person.
That's about it. Brainstorm some ideas for your card...good luck!

i think that is a great idea, social personal cards,.... i am thinking a picture of a mango on the card would be nice [i know most print shops would have that design. it is unique and classy
