I use alchohol as a main ingredient, mixed with a splash of Tony Robbins self help tapes, Dr Phil specials and a pinch of Oprah, stew together for around 18 months and you'll be ready to take on the world. Thats how I managed to go from fries to making the salads at Macdonalds.....success....ahhhhh

Ask yourself where you want to be in five years, make a goals sheet and outline it. I mean the steps you will take to get there.
