Yes, Paris does have a 'college education' ~ albeit the 'college of the rich & famous'!
According to the data from iMDB, Paris,
'Briefly attended the Canterbury School, a boarding school in Connecticut, during her junior year. She then transfered to the Dwight School in New York City before dropping out a few months later and getting a GED.'
Then, 'Briefly attended the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, California.'!!

no. she is too busy partying for that!! besides, she'll never need it, with the amount of money she and her family has. all she cares about is being a good devout catholic girl (so she says), so if she does go to college, it might be a religious type shool.
so there is no confusion she is a high school drop-out who received a g.e.d.

I am only speculating, but I will go a different way from what most of the rest of your answers seem to be. With the amount of $$$ her family is rolling in, I'm willing to bet she's gotten the best education at the finest private schools in the world. I'm guessing that Paris Hilton had a better education by the time she was getting to be highschool age then most ordinary people have by the end of their undergraduate degree. Imagine what class field trips must have been like in her set? (today, class, we're going to the Louvre in the morning and to see the Washington monument for the afternoon). Her assignments were probably more intersting and more stimulating than anything us public school kids ever got.
Once again, I'm just speculating, but their are some things that money CAN buy. She has never appeared to be anything but a ditzy blond on tv, but don't believe what you see on tv for one second. It is very likely just an act.
It's too bad that with all the fancy deucation I'm imagining she's got she couldn't think of anything more interesting to do with her career than become a self-absorbed skinny celebrity.
