Why are you observing people playing with their nose at red lights instead of paying attention to the traffic and your car? But the answer to you question is I have never observed anyone playing with their nose. Bored tonight, eh?

well my girlfriend is a bad nose picker she usually picks her nose at red lights and when it goes green she'll have her bugger rolled up at her finger tip held out the window waiting for the wind to blow it off..
