Alka Seltzer cold plus. Not Alka Seltzer Allergy.
For some reason AS Cold Plus, 1 tablet fizzed (disolved) in 1 small cup of water will clear up the runny nose.
Get some rest. Sleep depravation is the main cause. Coffee and dairy as well are not good with no sleep. Also cigarette residue, the smoke residue from someone or cigarette smoke can also cause a runny nose for days.
Also unisom 1/2 a tablet not the gel ones will help you sleep soundly and clear you up. You need to get a sound sleep for at least 8 hours.
Prepare to be a little groggy and read all precautions before taking anything. Good luck
P.S. I became allergic to my cats and kept taking Alka Seltzer Cold Plus cuz it kept clearing me up and then overcame the allergy to my cats.
I also gave this remedy to my BFF boyfriend who was deathly allergic to cats. He now sleeps with them.

If it's hayfever - I saw just today they've developed a six shot series that seriously reduces hayfever symptoms.
If it's a cold - I have have had very good luck with ColdFX. Although it works best if you take it at the first sign of a cold. Can't hurt - might help.

Yes, you probably have an allergy. I would recommend taking a decongestant that will make you sneeze and get out whats bothering you and take an antihistamine about an hour later that will take care of the cause of your sniffles.

Sounds like a bad allergy, if so, Benadryl might help, also, you might be allergic to cats, dust or the Fall pollen that`s in the air now.

buy a vaporizer/steamer. you can use those facial steamers too. stick your nose over it (not too near , might be too hot) and your mucus should come out and you don't have to blow too hard. do that for 5-10 min. if it doesn't all come out the first time. rest and try the steamer for another 5-10 min. repeat until you feel okay.
if you don't have one try a hot bowl of boiled water.
hope this helps!

The best thing for you to do is to go to a doctor and have a check up. Maybe you have some allergies or you may have Pneumonia.. Does your lung hurt? cause if it does, then you have Pneumonia..
