I don't! I take mine off as soon as I get into the front entrance and make everybody who comes in do the same. (Even if they're selling something!) I'm curious as to who is like me. Even if I forget something upstairs I will take them off again. Do you leave them on or take them off?

I don't actually let salesmen in, but I just meant people like that who come in briefly. When my parents got broken into mum even made the police take their shoes off! I'm English by the way.

l hate wearing shoes in the house but l can't go bare foot,even in my own house l have to wear socks,

That's really a good habit.But u better keep another footwear after ur main entry that would help u to keep ur feet good.Walking bare feet can damage ur beautiful feets.U can have one soft sleepers at ur entrance.
I also remove my shoes b4 getting into my home.It helps my mom 2 make home clean and hygienic.

It just depends. I usually take them off when staying home. If I forget something, the shoes are not coming off. If I have recently seen a spider or cricket, they stay on. I have a phobia concerning bugs, crawling, flying, stinging, biting. You name it. They terrify me!!

Take them OFF!! I'm from Hawaii..it is considered rude to go into someones house and leave your shoes ON!! Wearing dirty shoes that have been on the street walking through who knows what ...is unsanitary and disgusting! yikes! We take 'um OFF!

I keep my shoes on in the house sometimes; and off sometimes, but I never wear them to bed.
BTW: some people have a medical necessity to wear shoes indoors or out> People with certain foot problems, cicrulatory proplems, diabetics, I hope they don't have to visit you.

I walk barefoot-- or with socks-- around the house... I don't like shoes at all! Well, unless if it's very cold but I never wear them in the house... and my mom would have a cow if I did...

I grew up in a Japanese home and my mom would have flipped if we ever considered wearing our shoes in the house. In my home, I prefer a "no-shoes policy" and my family hates wearing shoes in the house. Personally, I find it weird when people do choose to wear shoes in their homes.
