Connie Mae
Connie Lynn,
Connie Ray,
Connie Ann
In summary I think almost any 1 syllable name would sound best with Connie. Especially if there are 2 or more syllables in the last name.

How about Constance, which means "faithful", for a first name? Then she can go by "Connie" for short. That way she has options. If her name is "Connie", what can she go by for short, "Con"?
Constance Rae
Constance Jade
Consance Lee
Constance Grace
Constance Shaye
Constance Elise
Constance Ann
Constance Nicole
Constance Claire
Connie is cute, too! Just in case you hadn't considered her lack of options...
