I know that my Outlook at work has a recover deleted files option. go into your deleted file and check your options. See if there is something called recover deleted files. It only goes back a month. If you have an IT department where you work, check with them.

Good luck!

all you do is get rid of the shortcut. and do only no longer visit the area. it really is going to construct as a lot as thousands of messages, till you open them, and delete them of direction, they gained't bypass onto your difficult stress, and could only sit down there always, backing up the i.s.p. I easily have carried out that with my communicate communicate account, only appeared and there are 459 unopened e.mails. as long as you do not contact it, you aint were given it. They, will nonetheless be there, yet, you gained't, get it.

Your deleted e-mails,will go to your Trash Box ( if you have't set your options to completely remove them).so you can go to your trash box (in yahoo mail) and recover your deleted email.
some mail hosts also save a copy of each mail for themselves (what a ...!!!), so you may ask the administration of your email host if they can send you a copy of your emial.
