what will be your reaction if MIndanao separates from the Philippines?

the mindanao separation from the philippines has been a long issues, debates from the lower house, debates from all walks of life., i may say its a decade already, but until now nobody gives any final decision. if mindanao will be able to succeed, separating and claiming the ownership of one third of the philippine population, there'll be a or maybe a discrimination (hopefully not) from nearby island. mindanao is already a part of philippines ever since. to elaborate some...philipines is divided into three continents...the luzon, visayas and mindanao. so if it happens that mindanao be separated. there'll be only two contininents left..the luzon and visayas. and mindanao will have their own form of government. some say that mindanao is for muslim only, but if you will read the history of the philippines, muslims in mindanao are pilipinos, so therefore theres no difference being a muslim and christian, the race and cultures are both pilipinos whether they disagree or agree. I lived in mindanao for eight years, and i dont see any reason why the so called separation of this island be the biggest issue. in fairness to all our muslim brothers, with due respect to them, they only want freedom from the streesfull promises from the government. and there were some studies that mindanao land is rich in crude oil, this is not yet proven nor any evidence yet. the government is still studying this matter.

Not A Good thing ! Those people on that ~ Small Island ~ but the largest of the PI ~ Its not right ~ It will hard to keep peace if they get armed from North Korea or any of the muslims countries ~ Remember when Japanese took it over ! They Killed most of Original inhabitiats to take over that island ! and when they left it after we conquered it ! all kinds of refuges flooded in from other countries to claim lands and filter out there own world ~! so Make the phillipine Army stronger and go in Conquer Mindanao

This would not be good. The Phillipines, Indonesia, India, even some European countries, heck even Cornwall in England has an independence movement. People should respect their culture and stay within their current countries.
