my sugestion if you are determined to study abroad its not too late. try to get a good tutor and study at your own pace but study so that you can get good marks on the sat ielts and toefl once u have the good marks apply to a college abroad , if u dont like that option there are other ways out i presume u are from asia the best thing to do would be apply at a local college in ur country which has good reputation and finish ur studies in undergradudates always choose the subject which u are intrested in studying so that even when u graduate out of college after 3 years you will be satisfied that u will be working at something u like to do. do not try too hard to study abroad if u do u will lose all hope if u study in ur country get good grades and a good job u will be happy and who knows maybe u might travel to other countries! be happy that u are still 22 and u have a lot of time to choose wether u want to study in ur country or abroad its ur choice and its ur hard work that counts but most important choose something that intrests you and comes naturally to you.hope this answer helped u

Like the others, I am also a little confused about the overall details of your question - BUT! I do believe that education is something that if someone wants to get and has the motivation, they can do whatever they want! The sky is the limit!
It may be difficult to study abroad right away, but with determination, there must be an option somewhere.
No reason to get depressed! Just look for another way or alternative to get what you want! There are always options, just sometimes, they are not as obvious as we would like them to be. We have to seek out opportunities, they don't always come easily to us! :)

education is for everyone who wants it , age is never a ptoblem. This girl should enroll in the state/country where she lives. Im sure she will get good education enough to make her qualify in other universities abroad whenever she is ready.
