im not a looker but my personallity is different like music people dont like, i think differently from everyone, i am a vegetarian and i wear skin tight clothes. i mean to the point where putting on clothes takes me 15 minutes long, i dont have many friends and i work hard in school and i do good and school and people call me nerd cuz i am more intellegent then them. not trying to brag. would you date a person like me?

ummm... i would. but i have my flaws, especially when it comes to my own looks
personality is the main thing that a guy NEEDS to have. if he's just a hot jock but is dull then there's really no appeal to him. but if a guy is say, ugly and he's so interesting and unique, then yeah. girls will see through that and fall for him. having brains is not a bad thing either. i wouldn't be with a guy who has no clue about absolutely ANYTHING at all. uhhh.... PERSONALITY ROCKS. and as for music... it's awesome

Well no I wouldn't date a person like you, because I'm not gay & I'm already married. *ahem* But, to answer your original question....
Personality is everything. Looks are nice, but don't count for much in the long run. Bad looks can easily be overcome with a beautiful personality. Good looks, OTOH, either disappear with age, or you get used to them and they lose their appeal (at least in the person you're with).
Personality is what will determine how happy you're going to be in a relationship. Trust me, when two people click, it doesn't matter what they look like. If you find someone with a beautiful, irresistible personality, hold on to that person and don't let go. Just be sure to return that sweetness to her, too.
As to whether I'd date a person LIKE you, if you were female & I were single, I might. I'm really not crazy about vegetarianism, but tight clothes and big, um...brains, both go well on a girl. :-)

Absolutely. Granted, physical appearance is a factor but of little importance compared to intellect and personality.
I place far more importance on intelligence and balance personality with it.
The other person may be beautiful but I will refuse to have anything to do with them if it appears that they are stupid.
By the same token, they can be as intelligent as Einstein and I will still refuse to have anything to do with them if they treat everyone else like **** as a result.
I can forgive a small superiority complex, or a bit of narcissism but there's no reason to be an asshole.
Nobody likes my music either, I could give a damn if you eat meat or not and as far as I'm concerned you can walk around in a skin suit so tight it requires vaseline to put it on.
Sure, I'd date you.

It depends, a good looker person can have the personality of a rock and I wouldn't like. On the other hand we might hit it off great personality wise, but there is no physical attraction. I have to connect with them on both levels in order for there to be a chance.

We all go for looks, but in the end we go even deeper and we go for personality and for me, plus integrity.
Think about it this way, you buy cheap plates at a garade sale for 50 cents each. One day, your friend who knows antiques tells you the plates are worth thousands. What do you start to do? You start taking better care of it!
Another one. You see a slightly plump woman in her late thirties wearing thick make-up, and looking totally horrendous to you. However, her husband near her suddenly remarks, "Honey, you look gorgeous today!"
My point is that, everything has another side to it. The first one is that, some things may have much more to offer, than what we see. The second one is that when you love someone, for who they are inside, you'll see the person equally beautiful outside.
To your last question, would I date someone like you? Haven't I made my point? And intellect is something I find admirable!

you're kind of all over the place here, are you asking if I admire looks or personality, or are you trying to hit on me? Do you think you have looks or personality? Maybe both? Maybe...one? I think you should relax and try your best to glide through with the whole high school thing. High school is sort of a strange time but it's over before you know it, and as for the style, well, if you like it you like it, if not, buy baggier clothing. It's all good.

personality #1. I've known a few guys in my circle of friends that are cute till they open their dumb or self righteous mouths. For my friends no special look required. My boyfriend has to only look decent TO ME. but not perfect...besides he's so funny (oh anyway)
Sounds like you have a lot of personality, maybe thats true with people who don't spend alot time in the mirror getting ready.

Well, normally girls wouldn't like you to wear tie and slacks during disco hours.
And they don't want you to wear swimsuit when you are in the classroom.
So your answer is depending on TIME and VENUE. They are the key factor towards your popurlarity. Don't be ashame with your intelligent. Perhaps, use your intelligent in the right time and right place to woo a girl.
