My suspicion is that you are not mearuring your flaccid (limp) penis correctly. Or you are measuring it at a time when you are not your average flaccid length.

Still, guys with smaller flaccid penises do tend to increase the size of their penises more than guys who are naturally longer in the flaccid state.

If you are 7 inches when erect, be happy! You are well above average!

You think way too much about your penis. If it makes you feel any better the average penis in America is about 5-6 inches so youre above average, youll also probably grow more up until your early 20's. The thing about penis sizes is it really doesnt matter, if you really love a woman and she loves you back the size of the mans junk shouldnt be the base of the relationship especially when the penis is above average. As for measurements imagine how much you could actually put into the vagina thats all that matters

Yes it is "normal" but not common. I call it the telescopic d*ck and I have had 2 BFs who were like that. As long as the tool works properly and can get rock hard, it really doesn't matter the size when it is flacid.

Plus 7 inches when erect is a good (if not perfect) size!
