Okay, Okay, serious,, a great sense of humor, good working ethic, kindness and consideration for others, ability to make us sweat and call out to Jesus from time to time, (you know what I mean), and the ability to make us feel safe.. (be a man, not a mouse),, the basic rest, most can deal with!
