Hopefully I am wrong, but my daughters rabbbit had the same problem once and the vet said that rabbits are famous for having kidney stones. This is very painful for them so you really should take him to the vet

Well first off you should be making sure that your rabbit has not been outside where it could have mated with a feral bunny which could have given it a terrible case of rabbit crabs. It should be taken to a vet for actual diagnosis though.

Rabbit could have urinary tract or kidney infection if male. Easy to tell if it is a male rabbit.

I would call your vet and make an appointment. This could be serious for your pet, He may have internal bleeding. If it is male. If it is a female, she may be in heat.
