I just finished watching the movie. What is the name of the song that plays at the beginning (after the speech) and throught the movie? I really want to find it.

"Theme from Patton" I'm afraid you will have to buy the soundtrack. I used to have it and it is quite good.
By the way, don't cheap out and get just the one piece. Get the whole soundtrack. There are some great variations on the theme and some other music that is awsome, like the ghostly trumpet piece as Patton stands over the ancient battleground. PLUS you get the speech as performed by George C. Scott! This makes for a great "road trip" CD because you will feel like you are going somewhere with a purpose (Ha Ha).
