I don't believe Discount Tire is a public company. So they are not required to make their annual report public.
You can use the list of financial resources listed on the left side of this screen to find the information you need.

Alternatively, ask the company for the information you need. Generally companies are happy to give out information such as annual reports. Use www.bbb.org to find Discount Tire's contact phone number you need for this.

Plug the stock symbol into Yahoo Finance and click on SEC Filings on the left side of the screen. If they are a private company you cant get an annual report.
