Ewwww,,,why do you care if your pig has a pimple on her butt? I would say use proactive though if you must do something. Dont pick at it, do unto your pets as you would have done unto you. Picking causes scarring and we cant have a pig with a scar on its butt now can we?

...Why would you want to?
If there is no open wound around there area, allowing infectious bacteria to breed; I would leave it the hell alone

I've worked on a farm for ages, and when the animals get something as little as that, we just let it take care of itself, keeping an eye on it,
if the pig is big, though;
you may need a second person.
Take care.

The same way you would pop one on your butt. Only difference being you are probably going to have to hold her down! very carefully!

Don't... get an eye-liner and turn it into a beauty mole (like the one on the corner of Cindy Crawford's upper lip).

get a needle and poke it hard while having your pig tied down so it doesn't hurt you or escape. but you should let it go away naturally so it doesn't scar.
