How about a portrait of herself and a little prayer you have composed for her written at the bottom of her portrait.

You can go to those make a bear stores in the mall go in and make a teddy, rabbit, or what ever reminds you of your self. Dress it like some thing you would wear! Spray it with your Cologne and place a band aid over the heart! When asked why the band aid? Say my heart hurts when I'm with out you!

think of either your first date or the first few moments you met her, she may have said something or you may have gone somewhere that you can get something like some sand in a bottle if you went to the beach with a note thay says something simple like " i'm always remembering when my life got great"... sometimes it the little things that are the most special.
