Um, I feel, some people think that it's Gods' punishment on man for doing wrong; being homo sexual.
It's not man made - But it seems that the certain activities man gets involved in, such as drugs/needle sharing, homo sexual sex between men, unprotected sex w/ people you don't even know have the virus, and other things.
You are at high risk for contracting HIV, living that type of life style. You don't get HIV anymore from blood transfusions or other medical procedures anymore.

By the way... what do u mean by "man made disease"? do u mean a disease arising out of man's deeds like radioactivity or something then B is the correct option. Its a virus-made disease as u might call it!
