I think what you mean is is there a possibility of having a period one month after sex and being pregnant. The answer is YES. I always get a period after getting pregnant, and I know lots of people who have had a full period or more while being pregnant. It's not the most common thing in the world, but it happens. My mom even knew a woman who was pregnant and conceived a second child three months into the pregnancy of the first. That almost never happens, and in that case, they had to delay her labor so the first child was one month late and the second child was two months preterm, or she would have lost one child. Turns out, the older child had all the mental development problems and the younger child was perfectly normal. That, my dear, is weird.

Yes, I got mine a month after though it was slightly different then the others( couple days shorter then normal). I thought I conceived in May but when I went to the Doctors I found out I was actually 10 weeks pregnant! Some women continue having their periods throughout half of their pregnancy. Get the EPT or First Response pregnancy test. They detect the hormones more accurately then others even if you one day late.

There is a possibility of getting pregnant EVERY TIME you have sex. The 14 days after your period are most fertile, but NO time is completely safe against it.

Some women can still have their period when they are pregnant. What they need to do is call their local family planning clinic and get a pregnancy test, and if it comes up negative they should get on some sort of birth control.

If you just had your period, you didn't get pregnant.

Did you want to get pregnant with your husband? If the answer is "no" to wanting to become pregnant, and "no" it wasn't your husband, then you could have caught genital herpes, which 1 out of 4 women get through such activities. Or any among a multitude of sexually transmitted diseases. So be careful. You are receiving the viruses and germs that everyone that you had sex with received from everyone they had sex with, and so one. A third of the women in the United States has or once had at least one sexually transmitted disease.

I'd say you are safe. If you had sex on Aug. 12 and then got your period on Sept 12th......Definitely NOT pregnant. Unless it was a lighter period, that sometimes can happen.!? Just to be sure, go to the Dollar Store, they sell pregnancy tests for a dollar behind the counter!!!!

Absolutely. My mother and her mother both had one period--a sort of period, in that there was blood--after they became pregnant.
