Moving to Walnut, CA (LA area) How much is rent?

I'm gonna be attending Mt. SAC.
What's the average rent for a 1 bdrm apt. in the area?
Any recommendations on apartments in or near the area?

850 to aprox. 1100 per month for average 2 bedroom apt.

I pay $970 a month for a one bedroom apartment in Canyon Country, just north of Los Angeles.
It's a nice little place too ... swimming pool, vaulted ceilings, a bit away from the hustle of LA.
