car cranks but won't start have searched all over web with no luck dealership said bring it in or no help

It SHOULD be under the hood, in the power box. To test it look for the small rectangular box identified as "DIAGNOSTICS", and open the top. Look inside the top, and identify the connectors according to the little label. The one identified as FP is the direct lead to the fuel pump. If you add P+ to this connection, it will energize the pump allowing for fuel pump pressure test and volume test.

Trying to jump the relay to test the fuel pump? Relays seldom go bad. If you don't hear the pump when you turn the key to the on position for 10 seconds it's more likely the pump that is bad. There are 2 different circuits that run the pump. One runs the pump for 10 seconds everytime you turn the key and the other circuit keeps the pump running when the ECU sees the motor run.
